CONSTRUCTION :
The magnetic filter consists of a fuselage, cover, mesh insert, magnetic insert, gaskets and fasteners. The fuselage and cover are made of cast iron ZS 250, ductile iron Zs 50007 or silicon brass MK-80. Brass filters have threaded hull connections. The magnetic insert is a stack of ferrite magnets arranged coaxially on a brass ring mandrel, separated by spacers. The thickness of the spacers is equal to the thickness of the magnets and their outer diameter is smaller than the diameter of the magnets. Such a construction of the stack allows the working area to be divided into two parts: - the area of induction of the dipole moment, located outside the circumference of the magnets - the area of magnetic trapping, located between the poles of the magnets.
