The AirFlex Spectra-1000 flexible duct is designed for efficient air transport in ventilation and heat recovery systems. It is suitable for both residential buildings and public and industrial facilities. Use in ventilation systems ensures user comfort and air hygiene.

Construction and properties

The duct features a unique wall construction made of a patented antibacterial and antifungal material developed by Ingremio. This limits the development of microorganisms, providing cleaner air and improving the indoor environment quality. The material contains silver and copper, guaranteeing long-lasting microbiological protection without the risk of active substance migration. Additionally, the inner surface of the duct is antistatic, minimizing dust accumulation and facilitating cleaning. The double-wall construction with closed air gaps effectively dampens the noise of flowing air and provides thermal insulation.

The AirFlex Spectra-1000 duct is characterized by exceptional flexibility, allowing easy shaping and adaptation to the specifics of the installation without the need for additional connectors. Compressive strength above 500N allows the duct to be concreted over during construction work. The smooth inner surface minimizes air flow resistance, resulting in low energy consumption by the ventilation system.

Application and compliance with standards

Airflex Spectra-1000 ducts are ideal for installation in single-family buildings that do not fall under strict fire reaction requirements – in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure. Thanks to the fire reaction class D-s2, d2 (PN-EN 13501-1) and LS0H properties (low smoke, halogen-free), they ensure safe use. The duct is made of modified polyethylene (HDPE-mod.) approved for food contact, confirming its safety for user health.
