The AirFlex Spectra-1000 duct is an advanced solution for ventilation and heat recovery systems, designed to provide the highest air quality. Made of modified polyethylene (HDPE-mod), it is characterized by exceptional flexibility and resistance to compression – up to 500N. This allows for free routing of the installation, even in hard-to-reach places, without the need for additional fittings. The duct is intended for use in residential, public and industrial buildings.

Antibacterial, Antifungal and Antistatic Properties

A key feature of the AirFlex Spectra-1000 duct is its internal antibacterial and antifungal layer. Thanks to the use of innovative technology, based on the presence of silver, copper and other microbiologically active compounds, the duct effectively prevents the development of microorganisms harmful to health. The substances used are durable and do not migrate, which guarantees long-lasting protection against bacteria and fungi, regardless of temperature or humidity. Additionally, antistatic properties minimize dust settling inside the duct, which translates to better air quality and easier cleaning.

Construction and Operating Parameters

The duct has a double-layer construction with closed air gaps, which provides excellent sound and thermal insulation. The smooth inner surface minimizes air flow resistance, reducing energy consumption by the ventilation system. The duct is available in various diameters (including 75 mm), allowing it to be adapted to individual project needs. The duct material is approved for contact with food, confirming its safety for users. The reaction to fire class is D-s2, d2 (PN-EN 13501-1) and LS0H – low smoke, halogen-free.
