Developed by Ingremio, the material contains silver, copper and other microbiologically active compounds that effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi without releasing harmful substances. In addition, the inner surface of the pipe has antistatic properties, which limits dust accumulation and facilitates cleaning. Fluorination in UV light allows for quick verification of the presence of active substances.

Durability and flexibility for easy installation

Airflex Spectra-1000 ducts are characterized by exceptional flexibility, allowing their path to be shaped freely and adapted to the specifics of the installation without the need for additional connectors. The compressive strength exceeding 500N allows the pipes to be poured with structural concrete during construction works. The double-walled construction provides noise reduction and thermal insulation. The pipes are available in a wide range of diameters, making it easy to select the optimal solution for each ventilation system. The pipe ends are factory-protected with a protective film to prevent contamination during transport and storage.

Safety and compliance with standards

Airflex Spectra-1000 ducts have a fire reaction class of D-s2, d2 (PN-EN 13501-1) and are made of materials approved for contact with food. In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure, these ducts can be used in single-family buildings without additional requirements regarding reaction to fire. The outer material provides high impact resistance and mechanical resistance as well as UV stabilization.
