Airflex Spectra-1000 ventilation ducts are an advanced solution for efficient air transport in ventilation and heat recovery systems. They are suitable for both residential buildings and public or industrial facilities. Innovative Microbiological and Antistatic Protection

A key feature that distinguishes these ducts is the inner wall made of an antibacterial and antifungal material. Developed by Ingremio, the patented material contains silver, copper, and other microbiologically active compounds that effectively prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi. Importantly, these substances do not migrate, providing long-lasting protection without health risks. Additionally, the inner surface of the duct has antistatic properties, which reduces dust accumulation and makes cleaning easier. Fluorization under UV light allows for quick verification of the presence of active substances.

Flexibility and Durability for Easy Installation

Thanks to their high flexibility, Airflex Spectra-1000 ducts can be easily adapted to complex installations, bent on small radii without the need for additional fittings. A compression resistance of over 500N allows the ducts to be concreted over during construction work – this is particularly important during renovations or construction. The smooth inner surface minimizes air flow resistance, translating into energy savings for the entire ventilation system. The double-walled construction also provides acoustic and thermal insulation.

Safety and Compliance with Standards

Airflex Spectra-1000 ducts have been designed with user safety in mind. Made of modified polyethylene (HDPE-mod.), they are approved for contact with food. They meet the requirements of the Minister of Infrastructure Regulation and should be used in single-family buildings not subject to strict fire reaction requirements. The fire reaction class is D-s2, d2 (PN-EN 13501-1), and the material is low smoke and halogen-free (LS0H).
