Sewage lift station – a reliable solution for homes and facilities

This is a complete, single-pump sewage lift station PKS MULTICUT 20/2 M, enclosed in a durable W (hanging) cabinet. Designed for efficient pumping of wastewater with contaminants, it is ideal for pressure and gravity drainage systems. The lift station is ready to operate immediately after installation, which translates to time and cost savings.

Construction and application

The lift station is equipped with a pump with a cutting knife, which allows it to easily handle difficult wastewater containing solids and fibers. Specially designed carrying handles facilitate its movement and installation. Thanks to the use of the Multicut 20/2M plus pump with explosion-proof protection, the lift station can operate in a wide range of conditions. The lift station tank is made of polyethylene (PE), which ensures its durability and corrosion resistance. Access to the pump and check valve is easy – they can be removed without having to enter the tank, which greatly simplifies maintenance operations.

Performance and technical parameters

The Multicut 20/2 M plus submersible pump is characterized by high efficiency – up to 19 m³/h – and a head of up to 24 meters. The pump motor with a power of 2.4 kW (P1) delivers a power of 1.9 kW (P2). The motor housing made of cast iron provides its solid protection. The pump has dry-running protection, which protects it from damage in the event of a lack of medium. The IP68 degree of protection guarantees tightness and safe operation in difficult conditions. The cutting system allows for shredding contaminants even at a speed of over 200,000 cuts per minute, minimizing the risk of pump clogging. The nominal diameter of the outlet connection is DN32. A 10-meter long cable provides flexibility during installation.

The hanging control cabinet allows manual or automatic pump control using hydrostatic level sensors. It is equipped with a main switch, a residual current device (RCD) and short-circuit and overload protection for the pump, as well as an optical failure indicator. The controller is designed for outdoor mounting and ensures safe and reliable operation of the lift station.
