Wastewater pumping station – a reliable solution for home and industry

This is a complete wastewater pumping station designed for efficient removal of wastewater containing solid and fibrous contaminants. Equipped with a pump with a cutting knife, it is ideal for pressure and gravity sewer systems, both in residential and industrial buildings. The pumping station's design is designed for easy transport and installation, thanks to specially shaped handles.

Construction and application

The pumping station consists of a durable tank with a capacity of 640 liters (usable to the lower edge of the inlet pipe 145 liters, residual 36 liters) and a Multicut 20/2M plus submersible pump with explosion protection. This pump is characterized by high efficiency – a maximum of 19 m³/h with a head of up to 24 meters. The use of a pump with a shredder eliminates the risk of clogging the installation, and its design allows for pumping domestic wastewater with typical contaminants. The control cabinet, located on a foundation for embedding, provides full control over the operation of the pumping station.

• Energy saving: The Multicut 20/2 M plus pump is characterized by reduced energy consumption compared to previous models (by approx. 10%).
• Control: The control cabinet allows both manual and automatic pump control using hydrostatic level sensors.

The pumping station is adapted for outdoor installation and meets high quality standards confirmed by approval from the German Institute of Building Technology. The IP68 degree of protection guarantees tightness and safe operation in harsh environmental conditions.
