Stranded copper conductors class 5 (according to PN-EN 60228) provide flexibility and ease of installation. Cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation increases current carrying capacity while maintaining low capacitance – this is crucial in applications with frequency inverters. Additionally, a double screen protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is particularly important in industrial environments exposed to interference. The outer jacket made of special PVC is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, increasing safety. A transparent jacket color makes it easier to identify the conductors.

The BiTservo 2XSLCY-J cable is used in industrial installations, production lines and machines operating in dry and humid environments. It is intended for powering motors with frequency inverters in both fixed and mobile installations. The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 1000 V and a rated voltage U0 of 600 V. Its rated conductor cross-section is 1.5 mm², and the number of conductors is 4. The outer jacket is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The cable retains its properties in the temperature range from -40°C to 80°C during fixed installation and from -5°C to 80°C in mobile installations, and the maximum operating conductor temperature is 90°C.

Remember to properly ground the cable screens – for optimal grounding of the screens and meeting the requirements of electromagnetic compatibility EMC, it is recommended to use metal cable glands or another type of circumferential grounding (360°).
