Installation cable for wide application

Installation cable H07V-K (LGY) with a cross-section of 35 mm² is a reliable solution for transmitting electrical energy in fixed and mobile installations. Made of copper, with insulation and an outer coating of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it ensures the safety and durability of connections. Supplied on a drum, which facilitates its storage and unwinding.

Construction and properties

This cable is characterized by a flexible, stranded wire construction (class 5), which allows for repeated bending without risk of damage. The wire diameter is 7.3 mm, and the outer cable diameter is approximately 9.8 mm. The brown color of the insulation makes it easier to identify in the installation. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +50°C after installation and from -15°C to +50°C during installation, making it suitable for use in various environmental conditions. Additionally, the cable exhibits resistance to low temperatures in accordance with EN 60811-504+505+506.

Application and benefits

This cable is ideal for wiring distribution boards, control cabinets and for laying inside electrical equipment. It will work well both in dry rooms and under plaster or in cable ducts. Thanks to its flexibility, it is also suitable for movable and vibration-prone connections. Reaction to fire class Eca provides a basic level of fire safety in accordance with EN 13501-6. The wire resistance is 0.554 Ohm/km, and the minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 49 mm – these parameters help in the correct selection and installation of the cable.
