Universal installation cable for demanding applications

The H07V-K (LGY) installation cable with a cross-section of 4 mm² is a professional solution for modern electrical installations. The single-core construction with class 5 copper wire ensures exceptional flexibility while maintaining high electrical conductivity.

High-quality construction and materials

The core of the cable consists of a class 5 copper wire with a diameter of 2.45 mm, which guarantees optimal flexibility while simultaneously providing resistance to repeated bending. The insulation made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in blue protects the conductor from mechanical damage and environmental conditions.

The cable has a round geometry with an outer diameter of 4.1 mm and a mass of 46.48 kg/km, facilitating routing in installation conduits and ducts. The conductor surface remains bare, ensuring optimal electrical contact in connections.

Operating parameters and safety

The device operates in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +50°C after installation and from -20°C to +70°C as the operating conductor temperature. The maximum conductor temperature is 70°C, and the rated voltage is U0/U = 450/750V.

The cable meets the requirements of the IEC 60332-1-2 standard regarding flame retardancy and has a fire reaction class of Eca according to EN 13501-6. It is resistant to low temperatures in accordance with EN 60811-504+505+506, enabling operation in difficult climatic conditions.

The conductor resistance at 20°C is 4.95 Ω/km, and the minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 16.4 mm.

Application and installation

The H07V-K cable is used in fixed installations routed in conduits on plaster and under plaster, as well as in installation ducts. It is particularly recommended for flexible connections and applications exposed to vibrations, and anywhere where repeated bending is required.

Ambient temperature during installation: from -15°C to +50°C. The cable is suitable for electrical power transmission in applications requiring high connection flexibility while maintaining professional-class safety parameters.
