The H07V-K (LGY) cable is a flexible installation cable, ideal for transmitting electrical energy in building installations. Construction and properties

This cable is characterized by a solid construction. The copper wire is insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which provides good protection against mechanical damage and environmental influences. The round shape and outer diameter of 4.65 mm make it easy to run in conduits and cable ducts. The wire resistance of 3.3 Ohm/km guarantees efficient energy transmission over longer distances. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +50°C after installation, and the maximum wire temperature is 70°C.

Application and safety

The H07V-K (LGY) cable is used in electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. It can be used in conduits on plaster, under plaster and in cable ducts. It meets the requirements of IEC 60332-1-2 standard regarding fire resistance, which increases safety of use. Reaction to fire class Eca ensures a limited impact on the development of a fire in the event of ignition.
