Universal rubber cable for demanding applications

The H07RN-F cable is a flexible solution for powering devices in industrial, agricultural and construction environments. It is characterized by high resistance to external factors, making it ideal for mobile and portable applications. The construction with multi-wire copper cores ensures good flexibility and easy installation, while the rubber insulation and jacket guarantee safety and durability.

Construction and properties

This cable is distinguished by its solid construction. It has four cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², made of multi-wire copper class 5 – which means they are flexible and resistant to repeated bending. The core insulation is made of ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR), providing good dielectric properties. The whole is surrounded by a rubber jacket (CPE/CSP), which protects the cable from mechanical damage, moisture, oils and weather conditions. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +50°C during operation and from -25°C to +50°C during installation.

Additionally, the H07RN-F cable is oil-resistant (according to IEC 60811-404) and resistant to low temperatures (according to EN 60811-504+505+506), which increases its versatility. It also has a fire reaction class Eca, which means limited flammability and smoke emission. The cable is equipped with a protective conductor, providing additional safety. The approximate outer diameter is 10.44 mm, and the minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 31.32 mm – it is worth considering this when designing installations.
