Robust rubber cable for industrial and agricultural applications

The H07RN-F cable is a flexible solution for powering devices requiring resistance to harsh conditions. The construction with rubber insulation and jacket provides reliability in demanding industrial, agricultural environments, and when powering mobile devices. This cable is particularly recommended where standard cabling fails – in varying temperatures, exposed to moisture or contact with oils.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of five stranded copper conductors, class 5, which gives it high flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue during frequent bending. The conductors are insulated with ethylene propylene rubber (EPR), and the whole is surrounded by a CPE/CSP rubber jacket, which further protects against mechanical damage, weathering and oils. The color coding of the conductors facilitates identification during installation – green-yellow (PE), blue (N), brown (L) and black and grey in five-core cables.

The H07RN-F cable is characterized by high resistance to low temperatures and oils, confirmed by compliance with IEC 60811-404 and EN 60811-504+505+506 standards. The fire reaction class Eca provides additional safety in the event of a fire. This makes the cable meet the requirements of many applications where safety and reliability are key.

Application and parameters

The H07RN-F cable with a cross-section of 16 mm² and a rated voltage of 750/450 V is perfect for powering portable devices, construction machines, power tools and all types of receivers requiring a flexible electrical connection. The ability to operate in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +50°C – makes it an ideal choice for outdoor and harsh climatic conditions. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 33.3 mm.
