This H07RN-F (OnPD) 5x25 rubber-insulated cable is a versatile solution for powering devices requiring high flexibility and resistance to harsh conditions. It is suitable for use on construction sites, in industry and agriculture, as well as for powering portable devices. The cable's construction guarantees reliable operation even in extreme conditions.

This cable is distinguished by its high quality workmanship and the use of durable materials. Multi-strand copper conductors of class 5 ensure good conductivity and flexibility, making installation and use easier. The EPR (EI4) rubber insulation provides resistance to high temperatures and chemicals, while the outer chloroprene rubber coating protects against mechanical damage, moisture, oil and UV radiation.

Construction and properties

The H07RN-F cable has been designed for demanding applications. Its construction includes:

• Conductors: multi-strand copper conductors of class 5, made of tinned or bare wires – guaranteeing low resistance and good flexibility.
• Insulation: EPR EI4 rubber – provides excellent electrical insulation and temperature resistance up to 60°C (short-term up to 90°C).
• Sheath: single or double layer of EM-2 rubber or a combination of OZ-2/EM-2 – provides protection against external factors such as moisture, oils and mechanical damage.
• Sheath color: black – standard designation for this type of cable.
• Conductor identification: according to PN-HD 308 S2: green-yellow (PE), blue (N), brown (L), black and grey – facilitates correct connection.

Additionally, the cable is characterized by a high conductor resistance of 0.78 Ohm/km, which minimizes energy losses, and an approximate outer diameter of 33.6 mm, making it easier to select appropriate mounting accessories.
