The H07RN-F cable with a cross-section of 5x50 mm² is a high-quality solution for powering mobile and portable receivers in households and industry. Specially designed for heavy-duty work, it is ideal for powering electric tools, agricultural equipment, and mining machinery.

Construction and materials ensuring reliability

The core of the cable consists of five flexible multi-wire copper cores of class 5, which ensures exceptional flexibility and ease of installation. Each core has a cross-section of 50 mm² and a resistance of 0,386 Ohm/km at 20°C.

The insulation is made of ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR), guaranteeing excellent dielectric properties. The outer sheath made of chloroprene rubber (Neoprene) provides mechanical and chemical resistance. The cable features color-coded core identification in accordance with the HD 308 S2 standard, with one core serving as the protective conductor (yellow-green).

The construction is self-extinguishing according to IEC 60332-1-2, which significantly increases the fire safety level of the installation.

Operating parameters and environmental resistance

The cable operates at a rated voltage of U0/U = 450/750V with a maximum conductor temperature of 60°C. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +50°C after installation, and from -25°C to +50°C during installation.

It is characterized by high resistance to mineral oils and low temperatures according to EN standards. The outer diameter is approximately 43,84 mm, and the minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 175,36 mm. The weight of the cable is 3779 kg/km.

Compliance with standards and safety

The product meets the requirements of the harmonized standard EN 50575:2014 + A1:2016 regarding cables for general applications in construction works. It has a fire reaction class of Eca according to EN 13501-6 and carries the CE certificate.

The cable is intended for installation in dry and damp rooms, as well as outdoors and in service water. Thanks to the high quality of materials and precise workmanship, it ensures long-term and trouble-free operation even in the most difficult operating conditions.
