The H05VV-F cable, commonly known as OWY, is a versatile solution for powering portable and workshop devices. The cable is characterized by three cores with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², insulation and an outer coating made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). This combination of materials provides resistance to mechanical damage and moisture, which is particularly important in a workshop environment. The color coding of the cores (brown, black, gray) facilitates identification during installation, and the presence of a protective conductor increases safety. The cable is designed to operate at a rated voltage of 300/500V and a maximum conductor temperature of 70°C. Thanks to its resistance to low temperatures (according to EN 60811-504+505+506) it can be used in difficult conditions.
