This KESSEL Minilift S lifting station is a ready-to-connect device, ideal for removing wastewater from individual drain points such as washing machines, dishwashers, showers or sinks. It will be useful in both residential and commercial buildings where the standard sewage system is insufficient. The design adapted for installation in the floor slab ensures discreet installation and minimal space loss.

Construction and application

The Minilift S lifting station consists of a durable plastic (PP) tank, resistant to aggressive wastewater. The set includes a submersible pump with a float switch, which can be easily removed for maintenance or replacement without tools. An integrated check valve prevents backflow of wastewater. The device is supplied with a PE adapter for quick installation of the discharge pipe (diameter 40 mm). The cover is designed to be filled with tiles, allowing for aesthetic adaptation to the surroundings.

The Minilift S lifting station is designed to work with liquids without fecal matter and fats. It has a maximum capacity of 8 m³/h and a head of up to 6 meters. The KTP 300 pump with a power of 0.34 kW (P1) / 0.21 kW (P2) operates at a voltage of 230 V and is protected against overheating by a thermal switch. The power cord is 5 meters long and the pump's degree of protection is IP68 (immersion up to 3 meters). The usable capacity of the tank is 7 liters and the load class of the cover is K3 (maximum load 300 kg). The discharge pipe has a nominal diameter of DN32/DA40 mm and the inlet DN50/DA60 mm. The device complies with EN 12050-2 standard and has a CE mark.
