Construction and mounting

The bend is characterized by a rigid construction, which guarantees stability and safety of the installation. Mounting is done by direct connection to the cable tray using an NSM 6x10 screw – this eliminates the need for additional connectors, simplifying and speeding up the installation process. The screw head is located inside the tray, which further protects the cables from damage. For trays with F or ZM surface finishes, it is recommended to use screws with a GMT coating.

Material and protection

Made of 1 mm thick steel, the bend provides strength and long-lasting operation. The surface is protected by galvanizing, which protects against corrosion and weathering. This ensures that the element retains its properties even in harsh environmental conditions. It is worth noting that versions with other types of coatings (e.g. pre-galvanized according to EN 10346 or hot-dip galvanized according to ČSN EN ISO 1461) are also available, offering different levels of corrosion protection.
