Construction and mounting

The bend is characterized by a rigid construction, which guarantees stability and shape retention even under heavy load. Installation is quick and easy – it connects directly to the cable tray without the need for additional connectors. M6x10 screws are used for connection (20 screws are needed). The special mounting hole design conceals the screw head inside the tray, increasing safety and aesthetics. For trays with a width of 400 mm, a bevel cut is used on the outside of the bend to facilitate fitting and a neat appearance.

Application and compatibility

This bend is dedicated to cable trays with a width of 400 mm and a height of 110 mm. It is perfect for anywhere a 90-degree change in cable routing is required. The product meets the ČSN EN 61537 standard, confirming its high quality and safety. It can be used in temperatures from -50°C to +150°C. The surface finish is hot-dip galvanized, providing corrosion resistance. The material thickness is 1 mm, which affects the strength of the entire structure.
