90° bend is a key element of cable management systems, enabling a change in the direction of cable routing at a right angle. This specific model, with dimensions of 35x400 mm, is designed for cable trays of appropriate width and height, ensuring a smooth and secure passage for the installation. Made of steel with galvanized finish, it guarantees corrosion resistance and durability even in harsh environmental conditions.

The construction of this bend has been carefully designed for easy installation and integration with the remaining elements of the KOPOS system. Integrated connector eliminates the need for additional connectors, which speeds up installation work and increases connection reliability. Importantly, the right angle of the side walls has been replaced with a bevel – this solution facilitates cable routing and minimizes the risk of damage. Mounting is done using NSM 6X10 screw, and the screw head is located inside the tray, which further protects the cables.

This rigid bend is characterized by a solid construction and a material thickness of 1 mm. It is compatible with trays with a width of 400 mm and a height of 35 mm. Thanks to this, it is a universal solution for many applications – from simple internal installations to more complex systems in industrial facilities. It meets the requirements of the ČSN EN 61537:02 standard, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. It is also worth mentioning the possibility of ordering versions with different types of surface finishes – including sendzimir (S), galvanic (F) or with the addition of magnesium and aluminum (ZM).
