Design and application

This bend is a rigid structure designed to change the direction of cable routing by 90 degrees horizontally. Its solid construction guarantees stability and installation safety. It is used in cabling systems in public buildings, industrial facilities and home installations. Thanks to the use of steel, this bend provides durable protection of cables against external factors. Material thickness of 0.8 mm provides adequate stiffness and strength of the structure.

Safety and compliance with standards

The bend meets strict fire safety standards, possessing a system for maintaining functionality E30, E90 during a fire (P90-R, E90, PS90). It is compliant with standards ČSN EN 61537 and ČSN 73 0895, DIN 4102-12 and STN 92 0205, which confirms its high quality and reliability. The surface finish is hot-dip galvanized, providing corrosion resistance and the possibility of use in various environmental conditions (operating temperature from -50 to +150 °C). Assembly is done using 8 screws. The weight of a single element is approximately 0.7 kg (depending on the version – data from catalog sheets indicate values from 0.47 kg to 0.8 kg).
