Cable tray cover – protection and functionality

This 90° arc cover is designed to protect Sendzimira cable routes, providing an aesthetic finish and protection against mechanical damage. Made of durable material, it perfectly fits cable trays, creating a cohesive and secure installation. A width of 400 mm makes it ideal for use in systems with medium and high throughput.

Construction and assembly

The cover is designed for easy installation. 6 pieces of VU cover holders (available separately) are required for its mounting, ensuring a stable and secure connection. The external corners have been rounded, which facilitates the installer's work and improves safety. The cover design allows it to be adapted to existing installations without the need for complicated modifications.

Application and compliance with standards

The VO 90X400 S cover is used in electrical installations, both in commercial and industrial buildings. It meets the requirements of ČSN EN 61537:02, ČSN 73 0895 P 90-R and DIN 4102-12 E 90, guaranteeing safety and reliability. Additionally, depending on the material (galvanized steel, hot-dip galvanized or with the addition of magnesium and aluminum), the cover may meet fire resistance requirements – detailed information can be found in the Fire Resistant Systems catalog. The material is steel, and the surface protection is galvanized. The weight of the cover is 1.09 kg.
