This 90° bend cover is designed to cover a 50 mm wide cable tray, perfectly matching Sendzimira systems. It provides an aesthetic finish to the installation and additional protection for cables. It is an essential element in creating safe and organized cable routes, both in commercial and industrial installations.

Installation and application

The cover is mounted using 6 VU cover holders (available separately). The cover design allows for easy installation and removal, facilitating access to cables for servicing or modification. Made of metal sheet, it ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The VO 90X50_S cover is made of galvanically galvanized steel sheet (pre-galvanized according to EN 10346 and EN 10143 standards), which guarantees high corrosion resistance. The zinc layer with a thickness of 15-27 μm provides long-lasting protection against the effects of atmospheric and environmental factors. Thanks to this, the cover works perfectly both indoors and outdoors. Versions with other types of coatings (F – hot-dip galvanizing and ZM – galvanized steel with the addition of magnesium and aluminum) are also available, which offer even higher corrosion resistance in specific operating conditions.
