This 90° drop is an element of the cable tray system, designed to change the direction of the cable route vertically. It allows a smooth transition from horizontal to vertical, maintaining the continuity and safety of the installation. This is particularly useful when it is necessary to direct cables downwards, e.g. when transitioning to control cabinets or switchboards.

Construction and mounting – simplicity and durability

The drop is made of steel with a thickness of 1 mm, which guarantees strength and resistance to mechanical loads. Surface protection by galvanizing provides protection against corrosion, which is crucial in demanding industrial environments and outdoor installations. Installation is extremely simple – no additional connectors are required, just screw the drop to the tray using an NSM 6x10 screw (included). This design minimizes installation time and labor costs.

The drop is dedicated to cable trays with a width of 500 mm and a height of 35 mm. This makes it perfectly suited to standard KOPOS systems, ensuring full compatibility and ease of integration with existing infrastructure.
