The product is intended for cable trays with a width of 150 mm and a height of 60 mm, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of KOPOS systems.

Construction and materials

The bend is made of steel with a thickness of 0.8 mm, which guarantees strength and resistance to mechanical loads. The surface is protected with galvanized coating, which provides protection against corrosion and extends the product's life. The use of steel as a construction material translates into durability and reliability, and also allows use in demanding environmental conditions. The bend's design is a complete hinged element, which facilitates assembly and ensures connection stability. The internal radius of the bend is 100 mm, which minimizes stress on cables during bending.

Safety and compliance with standards

The product meets the requirements of the ČSN EN 61537:02 standard and the P90-R classification (ČSN 73 0895), which confirms its high quality and safety of use. Additionally, the bend has a system for maintaining operational efficiency E30 and E90 during a fire, which increases the safety of the installation in the event of a fire hazard. Assembly is carried out using an NSM 6x10 screw, and the screw head is located inside the cable tray, which further protects the cables from damage. Thanks to this solution, the connection is stable and safe, and the risk of cable damage during operation is minimized.
