The NVKO 90X50X62 S downward arc cover is a component of cable tray systems designed to enclose downward bends in cable trays with dimensions 50x62 mm. It enables a 90-degree vertical change in cable tray direction, ensuring an aesthetic appearance and enhanced installation safety. Manufactured from steel with a galvanized coating, it offers high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage.

Design and installation – simple solutions for professionals

The cover is secured using cover clips VU (4 pieces per cover), ensuring fast and reliable installation. Delivered in a flat state, ready for on-site forming, it simplifies adaptation to specific installation conditions. Made from a single piece of sheet metal with cut-out sides, it allows easy shaping during installation. Connection to the cable tray is achieved without additional connectors, speeding up work and reducing costs. In cases where connection to a tray with surface finish F (galvanized) is required, it is recommended to use screw NSM 6x10 with GMT coating.

Safety and compliance with standards – protection of installations

The NVKO 90X50X62 S cover is certified in accordance with EN 61537:02 and ensures maintained functionality during fire (class E30 and E90).
