Falling arc cover – solid protection and functionality

The falling arc cover 90° NVKO 90X50X125 F is an element of cable tray systems, designed for the safe routing of electrical installations. Its construction provides not only protection for cables, but also convenient installation and maintaining order in the installation. Made of steel, with a hot-dip galvanized coating, guarantees high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage.

Construction and installation

The cover has a characteristic falling arc shape, allowing for changing the direction of cable routing vertically. It is mounted using clips (clip-on cover), which facilitates its quick and secure installation. It is recommended to use 4 cover holders VU for mounting the cover. It is supplied straightened, ready for forming during installation – the sides are appropriately cut to allow easy adaptation to the trays.

Safety and compliance with standards

This model of cover is characterized by an E30 and E90 fire performance maintenance system in the event of a fire, which means that it retains its protective properties for a specified time in the event of a fire. It meets the requirements of EN 61537:02, confirming its high quality and safety of use. The surface finish is hot-dip galvanizing (F) providing a thicker layer of zinc (min. 35 µm) for increased corrosion protection.
