This cover, designed for cable trays, is a key element in the KOPOS cable routing system. It is used to close and protect low-bend sections of the cable route, providing an aesthetic appearance and safety for the cables. The VKO 90X35X100_S cover is characterized by a design that allows for a 90-degree descending arc, enabling smooth cable routing in the vertical plane. Made of steel with galvanized coating, it provides corrosion resistance and durability even in harsh environmental conditions. Installation is quick and easy thanks to the clip-on cover system – no additional tools or fasteners are required.
Construction features and installation
The cover is made from a single piece of sheet metal, with precisely cut sides, making it easy to fit and shape during installation. It is recommended to use 4 cover holders VU (available separately) to secure the cover. All covers are supplied in a straightened form, ready for immediate use. This saves installers time and minimizes the risk of errors during installation.
The cover is compatible with Sendzimira cable trays with dimensions 35x100 mm and cable ladders. It does not require special connectors to connect to the trays, further simplifying the installation process. The use of galvanized coating provides protection against corrosion, extending the life of the entire installation.
