This 35x500 mm arch cover, made of steel and protected with hot-dip galvanizing, is a reliable solution for cable routes. Designed for Sendzimira cable trays, it provides not only an aesthetic finish but, above all, effective protection of cables against mechanical damage and external factors. Its construction allows for easy adaptation to existing installations, and its solid construction guarantees long-term operation.

Construction and Installation – Simplicity and Functionality

The VKO 90X35X500 S drop arch cover is mounted using a clip system, which significantly simplifies and speeds up installation. It is supplied straightened, ready for immediate use. Made from a single piece of sheet metal with cut-out sides, it allows for precise fitting during installation. VU cover holders (4 pcs) are required for proper mounting – they ensure stability and secure retention of the cover in place.

Application and Compatibility

This cover is ideal for cable routing systems, both in electrical installations of commercial and industrial buildings. It is compatible with cable trays and cable ladders with a width of 500 mm and a height of 35 mm. It is not intended for mesh cable trays. Its vertical, descending direction of route change allows for efficient cable routing in limited space. The lack of side perforation provides additional protection against dirt and moisture. The material of construction - steel - guarantees mechanical strength and corrosion resistance thanks to the hot-dip galvanized coating.
