Cable tray cover – solid protection and easy installation

This 75 mm steel drop arc cover is a practical solution for securing low bends in cable routes, especially Sendzimira systems. Made of galvanized steel, it provides durable protection against mechanical damage and external factors. Its design allows easy access to cables for maintenance or modification of the installation.

The cover is attached using a clip system, which greatly simplifies and speeds up installation. This allows installers to efficiently carry out projects, saving valuable time. The cover is supplied straightened, ready for immediate use – simply adapt it to the shape of the cable route by cutting the sides. 4 VU cover holders (available separately) are required in the set for proper mounting.

Construction and application

The cover is intended for use with cable trays and cable ladders. It is not compatible with mesh cable trays. Its vertical, falling direction of cable route change allows for optimal space utilization and aesthetic cable routing. Made from a single sheet of metal, it provides strength and structural stability. Galvanic zinc coating protects against corrosion, extending the product's life even in harsh environmental conditions.
