Horizontal 90° bend KLOBH 110X500 S is an element of cable ladder systems, designed to create right-angle branches. Made of steel, with a galvanized coating, it provides durable corrosion protection and is ideal for indoor applications where resistance to environmental conditions is required. The bend's construction is based on open profiles, ensuring easy access to cables and optimal ventilation.

Functionality and installation

This bend is dedicated to cable ladders with a width of 500 mm and a height of 110 mm. Thanks to the side perforation (although absent in this model), it is possible to mount accessories such as cable holders, which facilitates organization and cable routing. The bend is mounted with a bridge using dedicated S 110X200 connectors and NSM 6X10 screws – the set is not included in the price. This solution guarantees the stability and safety of the installation.

Application and compliance with standards

The KLOBH 110X500 S bend is used in electrical, telecommunications installations and building automation systems. It is particularly useful where precise cable routing is necessary in hard-to-reach places. The product meets the requirements of ČSN EN 61537:02 and classification t according to ČSN 73 0895 P 90-R and DIN 4102-12, which confirms its high quality and safety of use. Manufacturing from high-quality materials ensures the reliability and long life of the entire installation. The surface finish is galvanized (sendzimir), providing good anti-corrosion protection.
