Horizontal bend for cable ladders – a solid branching of the installation

This 90° horizontal bend with dimensions 60x600 mm is a key element for creating efficient and safe branches in cable management systems. Made of steel with galvanized coating, it provides durable protection against corrosion, which is particularly important in demanding industrial conditions. It is designed for cable ladders with a width of 600 mm and a height of 60 mm.

Design and application

This bend, also known as a segment elbow, allows changing the direction of cable routing by 90 degrees. Its non-perforated profile provides a smooth surface, minimizing the risk of damage to cable insulation. Sendzimir surface treatment further increases its resistance to external factors. It is ideal for building branches in electrical, telecommunications and other systems requiring organized cable routing.

Installation and compatibility

The bend is designed to connect to cable ladders without the need for additional connectors – however, for a complete connection, it is recommended to use S 60X200 connectors (4 pcs.) and NSM 6X10 screws (16 pcs.). This makes installation quick and reliable. It should be noted that the bend does not have side perforations, which affects the way additional elements are mounted. The material is steel, and the type of side edging is an open profile.
