This 90° rising bend is an element of the KOPOS system, designed to change the direction of cables in electrical installations. It allows for a smooth transition from a horizontal to a vertical section of the cable route, maintaining the continuity and integrity of the system. It is particularly useful when running installations in technical rooms, engine rooms or outdoors.

Construction and mounting

The bend is made of steel, which ensures its strength and resistance to mechanical damage. The material thickness is 1 mm, which guarantees the appropriate rigidity of the structure. Mounting is done by direct connection to cable trays using NSM 6X10 screws – this eliminates the need for additional connectors and simplifies the installation process. The integrated design ensures stability and a secure connection.

Application and compatibility

The bend is dedicated to cable trays with a width of 400 mm and a height of 110 mm. Designed for vertical raising of the cable route, it is ideal in situations where a 90-degree change in installation direction is required. It meets the requirements of E30 and E90 fire resistance systems, increasing the safety of the installation. The lack of mounting perforation in the bottom and side parts allows for flexible adaptation to specific installation needs.
