The product is designed for trays with a width of 100 mm and a height of 35 mm, guaranteeing compatibility with a wide range of KOPOS systems.

Construction and mounting

The elbow has an integrated connector, which simplifies and speeds up installation. The connection of elements is made with an NSM 6x10 screw - the screw head is located inside the tray, ensuring the safety and aesthetics of the installation. Made of steel sheet with a thickness of 0.8 mm, it is characterized by adequate mechanical strength. The internal radius of the elbow is 135 mm, ensuring smooth cable routing without excessive stress.

Application and properties

The rising elbow is used wherever a 90-degree change in the cable route is required vertically - for example, when transitioning from horizontal to vertical or when bypassing obstacles. The product meets the requirements of E30 and E90 fire resistance systems, increasing the safety of the installation. The lack of mounting perforation in the lower part and the lack of side perforation minimize the risk of cable damage during installation and operation. This model does not have a cover - this is typical for elbows designed for use with closed cable trays or where access to cables is provided in another way.
