This 90° rising bend is a key element of cable management systems, designed for efficient and safe routing of wires and cables. Designed to work with cable trays 200 mm wide and 35 mm high, it allows changing the direction of installation to a vertical rise. Made of steel with galvanized finish, it provides durable protection against corrosion and mechanical damage.

Construction and mounting

The SO 90X35X200_S bend is characterized by a solid, complete hinged bend construction, which facilitates its installation and ensures the stability of the entire installation. The internal radius of the bend is 135 mm, which minimizes stress on the cables when changing direction. Mounting is done with an NSM 6X10 screw – the screw head is located inside the tray, which further protects the wires from damage. Thanks to this solution, the installation is not only safe but also aesthetic.

Application and compliance with standards

This bend is used in various electrical installations – both in industrial, commercial and residential buildings. It meets the requirements of ČSN EN 61537:02 and the classification of ČSN 73 0895 P 90-R, DIN 4102-12 E90 and STN 92 0205 PS 90, which guarantees its reliability and safety of use. Additionally, it has a fire performance system E30, E90 during a fire. Made of 1 mm thick material provides adequate mechanical strength. The product is compatible with KOPOS cable trays and other cable management systems available on the market.
