Cable tray cover with 90° bend – solid protection and easy installation

This cover, designed for 75 mm wide cable trays, provides a reliable solution for covering the rising bend in cable installations. Made of steel with galvanizing, it ensures durable protection against corrosion and mechanical damage. The cover is compatible with both Sendzimir cable trays and cable ladders, making it a universal element of many systems.

Construction and installation

The cover is mounted using special cover holders VU (4 pieces included), which ensures quick and secure installation. It is supplied straightened, and its sides are cut in such a way as to allow easy adaptation to the shape of the bend during installation. This design solution minimizes the time required for preparation and makes the installer's job easier. It is worth remembering that covers with a width of 300-600 mm are already delivered bent in the shape of a rising bend.

Applications and compliance with standards

The VSO 90X75_S cover is used in various electrical installations, both in commercial and industrial construction. It meets the requirements of ČSN EN 61537:02 and has a fire resistance classification according to ČSN 73 0895 P 90-R, DIN 4102-12 E 90 and STN 92 0205 PS 90 standards.
