This KZI 110x200x1.00 F cable tray, made of 1 mm thick steel and protected with hot-dip galvanizing, is an ideal solution for both professionals and end-users. Construction and application

The tray is characterized by an integrated connector, which significantly speeds up and simplifies the process of connecting successive sections. Embossments on the surface of the tray increase its rigidity and resistance to mechanical loads. This makes it suitable for use in various environments – from dry rooms to outdoor installations (with additional protection). Its dimensions – 200 mm width and 110 mm height – allow for the free routing of a larger number of cables of different diameters. A useful cross-section of 22000 mm² provides great freedom in installation design.

Installation and compatibility

The tray is easy and intuitive to install. Spring steel clamps KSV or NSM 6X10 screws are recommended for connecting trays with an integrated connector. Perforation allows easy attachment of the tray to the substrate or supporting structures. Made of steel, it provides long-term protection of cables against mechanical damage and external factors. Hot-dip galvanizing further increases corrosion resistance, which is particularly important in harsh environmental conditions. The tray does not have a cover, which facilitates access to the cables during maintenance or modification of the installation.
