Manufactured from high-quality AISI 304 (V2A) stainless steel, it provides long-term protection against corrosion and mechanical damage. This tray is non-perforated, meaning there are no holes for direct accessory mounting—connections are made using dedicated couplings or screws.

Robust Construction and Materials

The tray features a material thickness of 0.8 mm, ensuring rigidity and resistance to loads. V2A stainless steel is widely used in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, as well as anywhere high resistance to aggressive external factors is required. This makes the tray ideal for harsh operating conditions, ensuring safe and reliable cable routing. The usable cross-section of 6250 mm² allows for easy accommodation of multiple cables of varying diameters.

Installation and Compatibility

Installation is simple and intuitive. Tray sections are connected using NIXS 100 couplings and NIXSM 6x10 screws. Alternatively, accessories can be mounted directly onto the tray using NIXSM 6x10 screws. This mounting method ensures stability and secure connections, minimizing the risk of movement or loosening of installed components. The tray is supplied in standard 2-meter lengths, facilitating easy adaptation to specific installation requirements.
