NIXKZN 100x250 IX cable tray is a reliable solution for cable organization, especially in environments exposed to corrosion. Made of AISI 304 (V2A) stainless steel, it provides durability and resistance to external factors. The tray is ideal for use in the food industry, laboratories, and anywhere requiring high hygiene and resistance to aggressive substances.

Construction and mounting

The tray has dimensions of 100 mm in height and 250 mm in width, offering ample space for cables. The lack of side and mounting perforations in the lower part allows for free cable routing and minimizes the risk of damage. The length of a standard section is 2000 mm, which makes it easy to adapt to specific installation needs. NIXS 100 connectors and NIXSM 6x10 screws are used to connect the trays. Installation is simple and intuitive - the tray can be directly connected to accessories using NIXSM 6x11 screws.

Material and properties

304 (V2A) stainless steel is characterized by high corrosion resistance, making it an ideal material for use in harsh environmental conditions. The material thickness is 0.8 mm, which provides adequate stiffness and structural strength. The useful cross-section of the tray is as much as 25000 mm², allowing for the free routing of a large number of cables of different diameters. The lack of perforations increases the tightness and protects the cables from moisture and contamination. The tray does not have a cover, which facilitates access to the cables during maintenance or modification of the installation.
