The NKZIN 50x250x1.00 S cable tray is an element of cable routing systems, designed for safe and aesthetic cable management. Made of 1 mm thick steel with a galvanized surface, it provides durable protection against corrosion and mechanical damage. The integrated tray design with connector simplifies quick and secure installation, minimizing installation time.

Design and application

The tray is characterized by a useful cross-section of 12500 mm², allowing for the free laying of a large number of cables. The lack of perforations in the bottom and side increases its versatility, allowing it to be adapted to various installation needs. Made of 1 mm thick steel sheet, the tray is resistant to loads and ensures the stability of the entire installation. The surface protected by the Sendzimir method guarantees high quality and durability of the zinc coating.

Installation and connections

KSV spring clamps or NSM 6x10 screws are used to connect the NKZIN trays. The choice of connection method depends on the requirements regarding fire resistance – in the case of the need to maintain functionality in fire conditions, it is recommended to use NSM 6x10 screws (detailed information can be found in the fire-resistant systems catalog). This makes the system not only functional but also meets stringent safety standards. The tray has a length of 2100 mm, allowing for optimal adaptation to specific projects.
