This cover, designed for KOPOS systems, is used to close and protect cables in 90-degree curved cable trays. It is a critical component of the installation, ensuring safe and organized cable routing. Manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel, it offers high durability and corrosion resistance—essential qualities for demanding industrial and construction environments.

The cover is compatible with both cable trays and cable ladders, making it a versatile solution for various installation types. Installation is performed using special cover clips VU (4 pieces per cover), ensuring quick and secure mounting.

Design and Application

The VSO 90X400_F cover features a vertically rising profile, ideal for routing cables where a change in direction is required. Its 400 mm width allows use in medium- to high-capacity installations. Constructed from steel sheet, it provides rigidity and long-term structural integrity. Note that covers with widths 300–600 mm are delivered pre-bent into a 90° arc, simplifying installation.

According to the manufacturer’s technical documentation, this cover complies with the requirements of ČSN EN 61537:02 and holds fire resistance classification according to ČSN 73 0895 P 90-R, DIN 4102-12 E 90, and STN 92 0205 PS 90.
