Design and application

The ZVNE 50 F hanger is designed to work with threaded rods ZT 8 or ZT 10 and MN nuts (MN nut available separately). Its design allows for suspending trays with a partition, which provides additional stability and safety. The hanger width is 50 mm, and the mounting rod diameter is 10 mm. The hanger height is 65 mm, and the length is 50 mm. Thanks to this, the hanger is compatible with a wide range of standard cable trays.

Strength and material

This hanger is characterized by an allowable load of up to 900 N, which guarantees its reliability even under heavy loads. Made of steel, it provides adequate rigidity and resistance to mechanical damage. This model is a suspension rod that effectively transfers the weight of the trays to the supporting structure. The "F" version means it is made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet according to ČSN EN ISO 1461, providing a zinc layer with a minimum thickness of 35 μm – which translates to high corrosion resistance and long-term operation even in harsh environmental conditions.
