Heavy-duty ceiling profile – a solid foundation for installation

This steel ceiling profile, with dimensions of 60x40 mm and a length of 2006 mm, is a key element in building safe and durable electrical installations. The U-profile, made of steel, provides reliable support for cable routes, both on the ceiling and floor. Its construction allows for flexible adaptation to various mounting needs.

Versatility and compatibility

The SPU 200 F profile is designed for suspending cable trays using supports. It is compatible with a wide range of brackets – DLN, DSN, DS, DT and DTN – and can be connected to them using a S 10X20 screw, PD 10 washer and M 10 nut. For increased stability of bilateral installations, it is recommended to use a VSPU support element. Additionally, the ends of the profile can be secured with protective caps OKSPU.

Durability and safety

Steel construction guarantees strength and resistance to mechanical damage. The profile is hot-dip galvanized, which provides protection against corrosion and extends its service life. Although it does not have a certificate of maintaining functionality during a fire (E30/E90), it provides a solid foundation for a safe electrical installation. The width of 60 mm and the height of 40 mm provide adequate stiffness and load-bearing capacity of the structure. Its versatility makes it suitable for both new installations and during the modernization of existing systems.
