Cable route branching – solid and easy to install

This horizontal branching element, made of steel, is designed to create additional branches from the main cable route. It allows for routing cables horizontally while maintaining continuity and order in the installation. It is ideal for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts.

Construction and installation

The branching element is designed for easy installation. An integrated connector allows for direct connection to the cable tray without the need for additional connecting elements – saving time and costs. Installation is done using an NSM 6X10 screw (available separately), ensuring a stable and secure connection. The T-shaped design allows for easy routing of cables at a right angle from the main route.

Application and compatibility

This branching element is dedicated to cable trays with a height of 35 mm and a width of 150 mm. Its internal radius of 100 mm ensures a smooth cable run without the risk of damage. Made of steel with galvanized coating, it guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation even in harsh environmental conditions. It will be suitable for industrial, commercial and residential installations.

Durability and safety

The steel used is a material that provides high mechanical strength. The branching element is resistant to loads and damage, which translates to the safety of the entire electrical installation. Although it does not have E30/E90 certification regarding maintaining efficiency during a fire, its solid construction contributes to the overall durability of the cable route system. The lack of NATO mounting holes does not limit its functionality in standard electrical installations.
