This horizontal branching is designed for creating additional branches in cable routing systems. It allows for expanding the installation without the need for additional connectors, which translates into saving time and costs during assembly. Made of steel with galvanization, it provides durable corrosion protection and is ideal for indoor applications.

Design and installation

The OH 60X500 S branching is designed to work with cable trays 60 mm high and 500 mm wide. Its construction based on an integrated connector allows for direct connection to the cable trays, simplifying the installation process. Installation is done using NSM 6X10 screws – a simple and quick solution appreciated by installers. The internal radius of 100 mm ensures a smooth cable run at the branching point, minimizing the risk of damage.

Materials and resistance

The steel used is characterized by high mechanical strength, and the galvanized coating protects against atmospheric factors and corrosion. This material guarantees long-term reliability even in harsh operating conditions. Please note that the product does not have a fire performance certification (E30, E90) – if fire resistance is required, please refer to dedicated sets described in the fire-resistant systems catalog. Additionally, the product does not have NATO mounting hole arrangement.
