This SPS 500 F steel ceiling profile is a component of a cable tray mounting system, ideal for suspending cable trays under the ceiling. The U-profile with dimensions of 41x41 mm and a length of 500 mm provides a solid base for electrical installations. Made of steel, it guarantees durability and reliability.

Design and application

The profile is designed for one-sided mounting of DLN, DSN, DT and DTN supports using a sliding nut PM 41 M 10 and a hexagonal head screw S 10X20. It can also be used in fire-resistant systems – in this case, to mount DT supports with DT OKO, use a screw S 10X40 (or S 10X70 for two-sided mounting), an M 10 nut and a PD 10 washer (PLV 10). This solution ensures that the installation maintains its functionality even in the event of a fire (E30 and E90 classes). A protective cap OKSPS additionally protects the end of the profile from mechanical damage.
