Cable tray divider – division and organization

P60 S divider is an element of cable routing systems, designed for effective division of space inside cable trays. Made of steel, with galvanized coating for corrosion protection, it ensures durability and resistance to environmental conditions. Its height of 54 mm allows for clear separation of cables, which facilitates identification and servicing of the installation.

Designed for screw mounting, the divider is compatible with cable trays. Mounting perforation facilitates quick and precise installation, and the L-profile ensures structural stability. A length of 2000 mm corresponds to the standard section length, minimizing the need for on-site cutting.

Functionality and application

P60 S divider is primarily used to spatially separate cables in cable trays, which is crucial for maintaining order and safety of the installation. It can also be used to separate different types of cable routes – e.g. power from control – which increases system reliability. It is recommended to use it in conjunction with covers to create a closed and shielded area, providing additional protection against electromagnetic interference.

Two NSM 6x10 screws are needed to mount one divider per meter. It is worth remembering this when planning the demand for fixing materials. The divider is made of a material marked as "Other", which in this case refers to a specific surface treatment with sendzimire – guaranteeing high quality finishing and corrosion resistance.
