Cable tray reducer – flexibility in installation design

This reducer, made of steel and galvanically coated, is key to efficiently creating branches in cable routing systems. Designed for trays with a height of 60 mm, it allows connection of a tray of any width, providing complete freedom in design and adapting the installation to changing needs. Sendzimir treatment ensures durability and corrosion resistance.

The universal connector is used wherever an additional branch of the cable route is required. The ability to connect to trays of different widths saves time and costs – there is no need to adapt elements to specific dimensions. Installation is done with NSM 6X10 screws (available separately). The connection can be additionally secured with a horizontal branch cover VOH, providing an aesthetic appearance and additional protection for the cables.

Construction and application

The SU 60 S reducer is an integrated connector that allows the creation of branches in cable tray systems. The inner radius of 100 mm ensures a smooth transition of cables and minimizes the risk of damage. The connector is supplied in packages of 10 pieces, making it an economical solution for both installers and companies implementing larger projects. It is worth remembering that two pieces of the connector are required for one connection.

Compliance and safety

Made of steel, the SU 60 S reducer is characterized by solidity and durability. Galvanic coating protects against corrosion, which is particularly important in harsh environmental conditions. However, it should be remembered that this element does not have a certificate confirming the maintenance of functionality during a fire (E30, E90).
