Cable tray support – solid mounting and safety

This NP 100 S support, supplied in a pack of 100 pieces, is a key element in building durable and safe cable routes. It is suitable for both newly designed installations and for the modernization of existing systems. Its design allows for effective mounting of cable trays with a width of 50 mm, and the possibility of using threaded rods M8 or M10 provides flexibility during installation.

Design and application

The profile made of steel with a thickness of 1.2 mm, with a galvanized surface, guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation. Perforation on the back of the profile facilitates mounting and allows for precise adaptation to the needs of the installation. The support has the shape of a C-profile, which ensures adequate stiffness and strength of the structure. This makes it ideal for creating supports for cable routes based on threaded rods. Mounting is done using two ZT 8 threaded rods, M8 nuts and PD 8 washers.

Safety and compliance with standards

The NP 100 S support has a system for maintaining operational efficiency E30 and E90 during a fire, which makes it a particularly important element in installations requiring a high level of fire safety. The permissible load is 1 kN, which confirms its solidity and reliability. The slot width is 16 mm, the profile width is 30 mm with a height of 15 mm and a length of 100 mm. The hole width is 35 mm.
