Cable tray support profile

This support profile, made of 1.2 mm thick steel, is a key element in the assembly of cable trays. Its task is to provide solid and safe support for electrical installations. The C-profile, with perforation on the back, allows flexible mounting to the substrate using threaded rods.

The NP 350 S profile is designed for cable trays with a width of 300 mm – remember to select the profile size by adding 50 mm to the width of the tray. This ensures optimal load distribution and stability of the entire structure. A load capacity of up to 1 kN guarantees safety even in demanding conditions.

Construction and assembly

The profile is designed for easy and quick installation. Two threaded rods ZT 8, M8 nuts and PD 8 washers are required for its installation. The perforation on the back wall facilitates precise adjustment and stable mounting of the profile. The slot width of 16 mm provides adequate space for fixing elements.

Application and safety

The NP 350 S profile has a galvanized zinc surface protection, which provides corrosion resistance and long-term protection against external factors. In addition, it meets the requirements of systems maintaining functionality during a fire (E30, E90), confirmed by standards ČSN EN 61537:02, ČSN 73 0895... P 90-R, DIN 4102-12 (E90) and STN 92 0205 (PS90). This means that in the event of a fire, it will maintain its functionality for a certain time, which is crucial for the safety of the installation and people.
